- Reservation and Deposits:
A deposit of $300 per person due upon confirmation of reservations. The reservation will be released if not received within 10 days after confirmation of reservations.
- Travel Documents:
U.S. Citizen are required to possess a passport that must be valid for at least 6 months from date of return travel. A tourist visa is not required for stays in Japan for less than 90 days for U.S. Citizens. Please call us for entry requirements for citizens of other countries.
- Tour Prices:
All tour prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are based on tariffs and currency exchange rates at the time of printing. Tour prices may be subject to adjustment(s) due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
- Baggage Allowances:
For the Transpacific flights, each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage with the combined overall dimensions not exceed 106 inches( the sum of the heights and width and length) and not single suitcase may exceed 21.5”x15.75”x 9” and 23Kg (50lbs). For Japanese domestic flights, each passenger is allowed a total of 20 kg (approx. 44lbs) Any and all excess baggage charges assessed by the airline are at the passenger’s expense.
- Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Cancellation penalties will be assessed based upon when written notice is received by ANA Sales Americas(ASA). Once airline tickets are issued, there is a cancellation fee of $250 per person plus additional late cancellation fee will be assessed according to the following schedule:

There are no refunds for any portions that are unused by the passenger(s).
We recommend that you protect your vacation against losses by taking our travel insurance. Please contact us or your insurance agent for more information.
- Exclusions:
The tour prices do not include the cost of passports, vaccinations (inoculations), excess baggage charges, trip and baggage insurance, laundry, dry cleaning, items of a personal nature, air transportation from your home town to All Nippon Airways gate way cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Washington DC or Chicago, U.S. governmental agency assessed fees and taxes, foreign airport taxes, fuel and security surcharges, visa fees, meals and beverages, and phone calls.
- Final Payment:
Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the arrangements and a forfeiture of any and all deposits. Booking made within 30 day of departure must be paid in full upon confirmation of arrangements.
- Not Included:
The tour price does not include passport or visa fees (if applied), insurance, foreign airport charges and taxes, US Airport, immigration and customs fees. Also not included are airport portage, excess baggage charges, hotel portage, laundry, telephone/facsimile and items of a personal nature.
- Responsibility:
ANA Sales Americas(ASA) does not own or operate any of the relevant suppliers of services, and therefore acts only in the capacity as agent for such supplier in making arrangements for transportations, hotels and hotels, and other services. ASA shall not be held liable for the failure of any such suppliers to render any transportation, accommodations, or other arranged services. ASA assumes no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss accident, delay or irregularity that may occurs a result of any act or default of any supplier of service, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, weather, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil disturbance, strikes or labor actions, acts of God, or actions of any third party.
